Here's how to form an LLC:

Free Consultation
During our free consultation, we’ll work together to determine whether the LLC structure is the right fit for you and your project. You’ll receive guidance based on the law and real-world examples. Our consultation is not a sales pitch!

Foundation of your LLC
The LLC registration is processed securely through a payment provider. You will then be redirected to our form, where we will ask for some information (name, address, desired company name, etc.). The formation process will then begin (approximately 3–5 business days in Wyoming). We will keep you updated on every step via email.

Access to LLC documents
Once the entire registration process is complete, you will receive all relevant documents (Certificate of Organization and Operating Agreement) in your personal download folder or via email.

Applying for an EIN
Once your LLC is formed, we will apply for an Employer Identification Number (EIN) for your LLC and submit the application to the IRS (Internal Revenue Service). It typically takes between 3 and 5 weeks to receive the EIN (in rare cases, it may take longer).

We can renew your LLC upon request
We’ll remind you when it’s time to renew your LLC. The “LLC Renewal Package” covers all state fees, the Annual Report, guidance on all required IRS compliance documents (Forms 5472 and 1120), as well as the annual fee for the Registered Agent, including a business address and mail scanning service.
