The cocoa ceremony is a shamanic ritual practiced by the Mayas and Incas for centuries. The indigenous peoples are said to have created the ceremony as part of their efforts to correct the imbalance between humans and nature. The ritual aims to help us achieve clarity and self-determination, to release inner blockages and to put us in a state of harmony. The cocoa opens the heart chakra, releases a lot of endorphins, has a high amount of minerals and vitamins and strengthens the immune system.
