ECSTATIC DANCE AND PLAYFIGHT WORKSHOP Special

Part 1 from 3 p.m.: Will Danilo Dumonte take us to his extraordinary playfight workshop:

Playfight means connection - with myself and with others.  We train to regain access to our natural being with all its inner strengths and to learn how to be authentic in relationships with others.   We train the conscious warrior in us here and have fun like children!  Playfight combines play, conscious fighting and mindfulness.  The conscious struggle is to awaken the intelligence of one's body by using strength in a safe and respectful manner. Game to rediscover ourselves - To be less serious but more playful, alive and full of joy! Mindfulness to observe deeper levels within ourselves and thus bring more authenticity into our lives.
